I really wasn’t convinced that a 30-year-old man is sexy for an older woman
Okay, this is really hard for me to write because I really like Laura Dern and as a Hannah Montana girl (lol) I always had a crush on Liam Hemsworth, so I was really excited for this Netflix romance/drama. There’s no telling Liam always plays the same character in every movie he’s in, but there’s just no spark between him and Laura.
The biggest disappointment was the rest of the cast
The girl who plays his girlfriend is unlikable and really unconvincing as an actress. I think this story had potential, but unfortunately it was presented in a very sad and depressing way throughout the film!
